This is our 9th year raising Bourbon Red heritage turkeys for your family’s holiday table. These stately turkeys arerecognized by the Slow Food International's Ark of Taste for their unique flavor as well as their cultural significance. Our birds are pastured where they enjoy worms, flies, mosquitoes, and other bugs. Garden vegetables, apples from our orchard, organic grain and spent grain from One Barrel Brewing Company make for a great healthy diet. They have fresh water and safe shelter. Our local, sustainable, slow approach produces a delicious turkey, worthy of their heritage status.

Feedback from our customers clearly tells us that Bourbon Reds are the best tasting turkey at the table and make the richest soup stock days later. Again this year we have Standard Bronze turkeys in our pasture for a larger bird offering. Our turkeys are processed in a Certified Organic facility and will weigh between 8 and 35 pounds. Quantities are limited – we sold out last year – so now is the time to reserve your turkey.
